Is there a free assessment?
Yes. We offer a free assessment for both one-on-one and group classes. This helps us evaluate the student’s ability and determine the most suitable course materials based on their level and learning needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
At this time, we only accept payments via PayPal.
What is your cancellation policy?
Students may cancel a class at least 12 hours in advance without any charge. If a class is cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled time, it will be deducted from your class package. This policy helps us manage the schedule effectively and offer the slot to another student if needed.
What platform do you use for teaching?
We use a teaching platform called ClassIn, which is designed specifically for online education and provides a seamless virtual classroom experience.
